AIKEN, S.C. (WJBF) – The South Carolina Department of Aging (SCDOA) and the City of Aiken are teaming up to host an event designed to help prepare older adults for various weather situations.
The event is being organized by the Senior P.R.E.P. (Planning and Resources for Emergency Preparedness) program through SCDOA. It’s scheduled for Tuesday, July 22 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lessie B. Price Aiken Senior & Youth Center on 841 Edgefield Ave NW in Aiken.
