Two years after its launch as successor to the merged Cathay Pacific and Venator Materials iron oxide pigment businesses, Bartlett, Ill.-based Oxerra Americas has broken ground for a 120,000 sq.-ft. warehouse at its Augusta, Ga. facility. Scheduled for early-2026 completion, the project will net a wholly owned regional distribution center to support a growing account base in concrete and other industries.
