AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Just months after drivers finished enduring five years of lane closures on the Savannah River bridge at the state line, more are ahead.
The rebuilding of the Interstate 20 bridge was completed a few months ago.
Work on a new park in the median of Broad Street promises to brighten up downtown Augusta. But it will be a pain to drivers and businesses, with lane closures planned.
