Aiken holds public meeting to discuss tiny homes plan

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The city of Aiken held a public forum Monday to discuss strategies for tackling homelessness and the tiny homes initiative on Aiken’s west side.

Meetings are planned where Augustans can let city leaders know what their budget priorities are.

The meeting held at the Saint John’s Methodist Church Faith Center focused on the proposed community known as Arbor Ridge, which could potentially provide housing for homeless individuals.
