AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF)– Jeannine and Darren Owens have fostered more than 90 children in the last decade. Jeannine is described as someone whose heart for our most vulnerable children is unparalleled– and she is always looking for ways to help the foster community.
One of those ways is being the co-director of a support group for foster parents called Safe in the Seven. It serves 14 counties in Georgia… and that’s why Jeannine Owens is the latest winner of the Giving Your Best award.
