A bold makeover starts this September in downtown Augusta. The 600 block of Broad Street will soon house 40 living units and 3,000 square feet of shops.
The builders are hoping to attract med students and city workers who’d like to call downtown home.
Work kicks off once the city signs off in September. If all goes as planned, leasing for the apartments should open late summer or early fall in 2026…
