Sunday Morning Update: A mix of sun and clouds this morning with some fog in low lying areas. Much like Saturday, the first part of the day will be dry and on the warmer side, but as a cold front makes it’s way through the CSRA cooler, drier air will build in starting in the northwest counties and moving to southeast. Depending on the timing of the frontal passage, this could create quite the gradient in high temperatures ranging from the mid 80s in the north to low 90s in the southern CSRA. Expect scattered showers and storms in the afternoon to evening hours, mainly concentrated in spots south of I-20.
Dry and less humid conditions are expected in the week ahead with below average temperatures to start the week.
