AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and on Thursday, students at Augusta University crafted ‘Hands of Hope’ for those who wrestle with thoughts of self-harm.
We spoke to the Director of Student Wellbeing at Augusta University about the importance of events like this.
Thursday marked 24 years since the deadly 9/11 attacks, and events around the CSRA aim to honor those who lost their lives.
