Jefferson County theft arrest linked to internet outages that affected over 100

WRENS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A Wrens man has been arrested in relation to thefts that allegedly left over 100 residents without internet over the past two months.

James Ellis Coleman, of the 2500 block of Quaker Road, was arrested on Saturday and charged with 11 counts of criminal damage to property.
