AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Charges were dropped against a man who’d been arrested months ago in connection with a Jan. 31 incident.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office had arrested Santo Eliezer Nina on charges of rape and kidnapping.
