AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who has not been seen in a week.
Byron Smith, 66, was last seen on Oct. 17, 2025 in the area of Deans Bridge Road and Gordon Highway in Augusta on foot. He was reportedly wearing a camouflaged jacket, pink and blue plaid shirt, blue jeans and gray shoes. He is described at 5 feet 8 inches and weighing 180 pounds.
