BURKE COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Families in Burke County gathered at the Burke County Family YMCA Saturday evening for the annual “Boo-nanza” event, allowing children to trick-or-treat safely six days before Halloween.

“It’s nice to have a free event to come for the kids, the families, because, you know, money, it’s tight sometimes,” a representative said.
