AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Richmond County commissioners reviewed updates on SPLOST 9, a special 1% sales tax proposal that has grown to over $434 million after adding $14 million for boathouse renovations and $5 million for juvenile court improvements.
