The Columbia County Board of Commissioners are continuing discussions on new zoning rules that would guide how future data centers are built and operated in the county.
The proposed standards outline how developers would be required to manage lighting, noise, water usage, and other environmental impacts. But many neighbors say they still have questions about how those rules would apply to the proposed data center at White Oak Technology Park.
