Shots fired during child custody exchange in North Augusta

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – North Augusta Public Safety responded to a disorder during a child custody exchange at Edgewood Square on US 25 Monday evening.

According to police, officers who arrived at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Nov. 24 discovered that two male subjects became involved in a physical altercation. One of the males reportedly fired a gun, which a grazed the other male in the head.

The victim was transported “non-emergent” to a local hospital…
