RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. (WJBF) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office needs the public’s assistance locating a missing African-American man.
According to authorities, Carderria Irvin, 21, who is described to be 6’0″ and 170 pounds, was last seen on the 500 block of Telfair St. on December 1st and was last seen wearing a light blue hoodie and khaki pants.
