NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – The North Augusta City Council has passed the second and final reading of a golf cart ordinance that would expand the time residents could drive golf carts in the city.
In May, South Carolina passed a bill to allow cities to create their own ordinances governing golf cart usage.
