EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – An accused child molester who had been on the run for 15 years has been offered a plea deal, according to court proceedings Monday in Columbia County.
Edgardo Coscia disappeared when a grand jury indicted him on child molestation charges in 2010. Years later, his charges were dismissed when a judge threw out the case.
