(WACH) — South Carolina has opened three offices to help residents recover from housing damage caused by Hurricane Helene, more than a year after the storm, officials said.
The offices in Greenville, Aiken and Greenwood are accepting applications for repair, replacement, or reconstruction assistance for eligible homeowners and rental property owners.
The offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Residents can also apply at mobile intake events, by phone at (844) 410-8560, or online at SCStormRecovery.com/Helene…
