Aiken County authorities on Tuesday arrested a Beech Island teenager for his alleged role in a June 2025 shooting death.
The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office charged Cornelius Marquel Simpkins Jr., 17, with murder andpossession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, noted a news release.
