AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – An Aiken County man is behind bars for allegedly possessing videos exploiting children.
Reports say 29-year-old Christopher Bultman of Belvedere had several recordings of minors, some under the age of 1, engaging in sexual acts.
