AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Deputies with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1700 block of Susan Circle in reference to a shooting that left one man dead on Thursday.
Upon arrival, officers said they located a male with an apparent gunshot wound at approximately 5 p.m. on Jan 22. EMS responded to the scene and then contacted the Richmond County Coroner’s office to respond. An autopsy has been scheduled.
The sheriff’s office said it is now looking 21-year-old Isaiah Romont Santos Thomas, a suspect wanted for Murder in connection to the case.
