AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – After years of discussion, Augusta will be getting a veterans cemetery, News 12 has learned.
Augusta Commission member Don Clark said Thursday that federal funding has been secured, plans are moving forward, and the project is expected to break ground at the end of this year on land behind East Central Regional Hospital.
