NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – With a grant from the Municipal Association of South Carolina, North Augusta is rolling out South Carolina’s first 4 Minute Community Program.
According to the city, this is a public health initiative designed to respond rapidly to cardiac emergencies.
