AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A 22-year-old man was given a two-day sentence and 363 days of probation after pleading guilty to animal abuse, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
Elijah James Coward was arrested March 20, 2025, for cruelty to animals after deputies talked to the witness and reviewed video of the attack.
