AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Helms College announced Thursday that it has been granted full reaccreditation for five years by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET), the national accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Helms College is a nonprofit, accredited career college and a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA, providing education in culinary arts, baking and pastry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R), retail operations management, and healthcare support programs.
According to Helms College, the “action affirms the college’s academic quality, institutional effectiveness, and commitment to student success through August 31, 2030.”…
