EVANS, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) — A new retail development could be coming to Evans. The plan includes a major shopping center on Sir Galahad Drive across from the Evans Post Office.
The plan includes a new 51,000-square-foot grocery store alongside a series of smaller shops, plus a two-story medical office building.
