Judy Miller likes to do things a little differently. Take the name of her new downtown Augusta restaurant, Diamond Cuisine.
“I’m a woman, and I love my diamonds,” she said. They are luxurious and beautiful, which is how she wants her food to make her diners feel.
It’s part of her mission to create “fine dining comfort food,” she said, that will make memories. She also describes it as “comfort food done well.”…
