EVANS, Ga. (WJBF) – A Columbia County mom was arrested over the weekend for allegedly throwing her daughter into a fence and pulling her hair.
The alleged incident happened Saturday at the Mardi Gras celebration at Evans Towne Center Park.
Reports say several witnesses told police that Jordyn Whitlaw was with her 5-year-old in the playground area when they saw her throw the child into a fence. The suspect then allegedly grabbed the child by the neck and slammed her face into the fence…
