A new subdivision, more than 20 years in the making, is coming back before the Columbia County Planning Commission.
Meybohm Development has submitted a preliminary plat showing the proposed layout for Knollwood, a planned unit development covering more than 94 acres off Washington, Old Washington, and Clanton roads. It’s roughly opposite the General Woods Parkway entrance to Riverwood Plantation in Evans.
