ATLANTA, Ga. — Delta Air Lines has settled a lawsuit over a 2024 tire explosion that killed two maintenance workers in Atlanta.
Delta TechOps employees Luis Aldarondo, 37, and Mirko Marweg, 58, were killed in the August 2024 incident at the maintenance facility. A third employee was injured.
Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines, the primary carrier at Augusta Regional Airport, is making some key changes to its leadership team.
