AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division charged a 51-year-old Aiken County man with multiple counts of assault and resisting arrest after an incident involving deputies last week.
Grady L. Owenby was charged Monday with two counts of first-degree assault and battery and two counts of resisting arrest. The investigation was requested by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.
