AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A judge has dismissed both lawsuits filed against the Columbia County commissioners over the data center rezoning projects.
Gregory P. Guido Jr. filed two judicial review petitions on Feb. 25 challenging the Columbia County Board of Commissioners’ approval of major data center rezoning projects.
