AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Georgia Senate passed a bill to suspend the state’s gas tax for 60 days.
The bill now heads to Gov. Brian Kemp’s desk. Kemp said he plans to sign it into law Thursday.

Construction is underway at Augusta Regional Airport, roughly three weeks before the Masters Tournament.
