EDGEFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – At approximately 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25th, inmate Johnathan Pineda-Diaz, walked away from the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) work camp located pn Gary Hill Road in Edgefield County.
According to a Facebook Post, Pineda-Diaz was seen walking toward the Augusta Road area near the National Wild Turkey Federation.
Correctional officers from FCI Edgefield, along with deputies and law enforcement partners from the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, immediately began searching the area…
