AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is once again asking for the public’s help finding a missing man.
Freddie Gene Morgan is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. Authorities also released a photo of him.
