AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) – Charlotte Garnes is using her personal story to help others who are or have been in her situation.
After serving 46 months in federal prison, Garnes says that one of the challenges that she had was employment barriers, and after being terminated from her place of employment that specified in workforce development by her boss who found out her conviction, she began ReNforce.
