The Augusta National amateur tournament presented fans with plenty of entertaining moments. It started with a controversial moment after a female golfer raised plenty of eyebrows online.
Bailey Shoemaker, a junior at USC, went viral for taking 74 seconds to hit the ball. She explained she tried to move on from her mental battles after playing through excruciating pain before undergoing surgery.
“Just trying to reassure myself that there isn’t pain anymore,” Shoemaker explained. “I’ve been struggling with it for the last four months, just being fully committed to hitting the ball.”…
