GROVETOWN, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – A 13-year-old is behind bars after he was accused of rape, according to the Grovetown Police Department.
The department says officers responded to Grovetown Middle School on Monday in reference to a sexual assault that happened off campus in Grovetown on April 17.
