AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – An investigation found the thumbnail-sized devices are turning up more often in violent crimes across the CSRA.
The devices are about the size of a thumbnail and go by street names, including switch, button and box.
“Basically, a semi-automatic, you got to squeeze the trigger each time to get the gun to go off automatic it dumps the gun until you release the trigger,” said Thomson Police Chief Dan Carrier.
Speed and availability
