AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — SCDOT will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday to celebrate the reopening of the Old Vaucluse Road bridge over Interstate 20 in Aiken County.
The ceremony is set for 2 p.m. on the newly constructed bridge deck.
