WJBF – Due to the potential for inclement weather throughout the CSRA, several graduations have either been moved to a different location or postponed to a later date.
RICHMOND COUNTY
- Thomson High School – Due to the high probability of dangerous weather on Friday evening (May 22), graduation has been postponed to Saturday morning (May 23) at 9 A.M.
COLUMBIA COUNTY
- Grovetown High School – Due to forecasted thunderstorms, graduation will be held indoors at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center where doors will open at 5:15 P.M. and the ceremony will begin at 6:30 P.M. Students were provided with a limited number of inclement weather tickets during graduation practice, and these tickets will be required for entry into the Performing Arts Center. Please note that tickets originally designated for Evans Towne Center Park will not be valid at the indoor venue.
