I am a sucker for a good cocktail bar with great drinks when I go on vacation. A couple of years ago, we went to Barcelona and visited the number-one-rated bar in the world by The World’s 50 Best.
Ranked number one in 2022, Paradiso is a speakeasy that serves memorable, Instagram-worthy cocktails. This bar is also on a list of prestigious bars across the globe, which is much like the Michelin Guide, but geared towards cocktail bars.
There are 192 bars on the list, and one of them is located right here in Colorado. The Mile High City bar, ranking with world-class bars in Milan, Italy, Barcelona, Spain, Hong Kong, China, and New York City, would be an excellent choice for a special occasion.
