A Colorado woman is pleading for the public’s help after her service dog was allegedly taken from her own yard.

According to CBS News, Hannah Cummins, who runs a daycare in Denver, says her 6-year-old chihuahua-greyhound mix, Opal, vanished from her yard near Pecos Street and 33rd Avenue on Saturday, May 16. Cummins says she had stepped inside briefly to move furniture while Opal lounged in the sun, and when she returned, the dog was gone.

“She’s been with me for six years. I rescued her six years ago, and it’s just really hard,” Cummins told the outlet…
