An 18-year-old who allegedly killed two people inside a Northern California library this week told investigators he intended to carry out a Columbine High School massacre-type shooting, according to Chico police.

Police identified the suspect as Bradley Scott Sayer, 18, of Chico, who is being held in the Butte County Jail on two counts of murder following Monday’s attack at the Chico branch of the Butte County Library on Sherman Avenue.
