DENVER — Denver-based Sugar Lab is producing and distributing a new line of collagen protein sorbet launched nationwide by Michigan company Sorbet Sorority.

Each pint contains 28 grams of collagen protein and is marketed as a lower-calorie alternative to traditional ice cream and dairy-based protein desserts.
