DENVER — PNC is cutting 18 branches in Colorado and Arizona, according to regulatory applications filed within days of completing the systems conversion of FirstBank and rebranding 95 branches in those two states.
The closures are all PNC branches; FirstBank’s locations aren’t being pruned, PNC confirmed.
“We’re not closing a single FirstBank branch,” said Alexander Overstrom, PNC executive vice president and head of retail banking, “That’s really important. We’ve been quite vocal about that.”…
