Massive Cold Front Brings Denver May Snow, East Coast Rain and Southern Severe Storms Through Wednesday

DENVER, CO — A large cold front is pushing from the Rockies to the Northeast, with snow in Colorado, heavy rain along the East Coast and severe storms in the South.

The system is also raising the risk of air travel delays in the central and eastern U.S., including Denver.

Rockies Snow

Winter Storm Watches and Warnings remain in place along the Interstate 25 corridor from Cheyenne to Denver and south to Colorado Springs.

More than 20 inches of snow has fallen in parts of the higher Rockies, and Denver International Airport had 4.7 inches by Wednesday morning.
