DENVER (KDVR) — Crews responded to a fire Thursday afternoon near the town of Watkins.
According to Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue, the fire ignited in the area of East Yale Avenue and south of East Jewell Avenue in unincorporated Arapahoe County.

SkyFOX was over the scene where firefighters could be seen battling the flames, while thick smoke filled the air.
The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office said crews contained the fire at 15 acres after a wet line was laid around the perimeter.
No injuries or structural damage were reported…
