DENVER (KDVR) — The Aurora Police Department is hosting several free steering wheel lock giveaways, the agency announced in a social media post on Thursday afternoon.
The department said that the devices are easy to use and can make it more difficult for any prospective thieves to steal your vehicle.

On top of the steering wheel locks, Aurora police can also help residents set up GPS tracking devices and provide anti-theft sticker warnings.
For those who are interested in acquiring a steering wheel lock, three events will be hosted at 11347 E. Montview Blvd on the following dates:
- Saturday, July 25: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 28: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 1: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
